For the implementation, C++ was used on the CodeWarrior for Palm Operating System environment. In order to make the overall implementation efficient, the object oriented approach was used.
The proposed application can be used by students and professors in the fields of electrical and computer engineering and computer science.
1) The Boolean Function Simplification (BFS) Tool is Freeware.
2) The BFS Tool was developed the academic year 2000-2001 in our State University (department of Computer Science) in New Jersey (USA) under a university Student-Faculty Research grant (program). This is the only reason why the tool is offered as freeware.
3) We have no relation with any company or persons that offer similar palm-based applications in shareware or commercial form.
