God will.Getting a relationship with jesus christ our lord.Being delivered from sin
What doth it profit, my brhteren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?a0James 2:14, 17, 18, 21a0In these verses we talked about how we can say we have faith, but our actions don't necessarily show it. For example, I can say I trust God with my life but when it comes to putting my life in His hands I keep it in mine. I learned how important it truly is to actually back up our faith with works. If God tells me to go live in Japan and be a missionary. Even though I'd be terrified of the dangers there, and getting caught, I'd go, because not only did God lay it upon my heart to do so, but because I honestly trust Him with my life. He knows what comes of the next coming days I don't. I was reminded how important this really is and I've really been applying it to my life, and let me tell you, I see a change!a0I've learned so much throughout this book of the bible and it's helped me keep my fire for God and to rekindle each day my love for Him. I'm so glad we did this, and excited to continue studying the bible everyday! a0
