EasyConvert is a free Windows program that easily converts Windows TrueType TTF (and Type 1 if you have ATM) fonts to FontSmoother, Plucker (hi-res) or PalmBible+ (for OS5) smooth (antialiased) font formats.
EasyConvert with FontSmoother let you use your favorite Windows font on your hi-res PalmOS 5 PDA in almost all applications.
Legal note: FontSmoother fonts are in bitmap format and bitmapped fonts are apparently not copyrightable in the U.S., but font EULA restrictions may apply even in the U.S. and copyright restrictions may apply in other countries.
