v2.3 build 0963 [2004-02-26]:
- Updated lander locations post-landing
- Now works with PalmOS 3.1 & 3.2
- Fails gracefully for PalmOS <= 3.0
- Improved background images
v2.2 build 0942 [2004-01-22]:
- UTC offset now allows 1/2 Timezone
- PalmOS 3.1 & 3.2 work again
- Fails gracefully if PalmOS < 3.1 (I think)
- Various other minor bug fixes

- Bug fix: "now" mode will allow the palm to sleep (no battery drain)
- Bug fix: updated times for Beagle, Viking & Sojourner (off by 12 hours)
