It was tested only on my T|X but should work on any PalmOS 4.0 or higher - at least that was the plan:).

It encrypts the records using the Tiny Encryption Algoritm; the name is unencrypted but the labs and notes are, I think that should be OK. I am not sure if this is HIPAA compliant or not and you are urged to safeguard your patient's data and confidentiality.

Update Description:
- Patient list with beaming abilities, hopefully useful for physicians and nurses.
- Fixed a couple bugs, still may have a few hiding under the carpet.
- Tested on T|X, POSE and OS 5 Simulator.
